Our Visitor!
Nookaa Odeh Enaandwetood Odehwinan
The ISA Team is honoured to have a special visitor with us for the next little while. Nookaa Odeh Enaandwetood Odehwinan, otherwise known as Tender Heart Healer of Hearts (Nookaa for short), from the Bear Clan has been doing some wonderful work in the Laurentian community!
Students are at the heart of our work here at the Indigenous Sharing and Learning Centre!
※Being a student at Laurentian has been amazing! I could not have been successful without the support from everyone at the Indigenous Student Affairs office. They helped me learn what it means to be a strong Anishinaabe-kwe in my community and in academia.§
